الظَّاهْرُ (Adh-Dhaahir or The Outward) البَاطِنُ (Al-Baatin or The Inward)

Allah is Adh-Dhaahir or The Most Great is above everything and nothing is above Him. While Al-Baatin means Allah is nearest to everything and everyone due to His full awareness of all secrets and what is yet more hidden. Both name occurred once (in Surat Al-Hadeed, 57:3),

هُوَ الأوَّلُ وَالآخِرُ وَالظَّاهِرُ وَالْبَاطِنُ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ

“He is The First and The Last, The Outward and The Inward; He has full knowledge of all things.”
