Zyvana invited us into a small room furnished with unarmed lovely colored chairs. Like a group of candy in the box; red, purple, blue, or green all in. While a waiter handed out a small slice of Turkish tea, the Croatian woman stood on the walking cat while explaining how the shop worked. With long blond hair in a ponytail, this blue-eyed woman looks fashionable in her gray winter jacket, blue jeans, and a gorgeous brown bot. “Dear ladies and gentlement, please note the number of any clothes you prefer.. Just tell us what number you are interested in then we will prepare it for you.” She said in English with eastern europe accent.

Zyvana stepped off the stage and the waiter closed the door. Suddenly music heard from speakers stood in the four corners of the room blasted; followed by the appearance of a beautiful figure from the end of the stage. Her hair is the same length as Zyvana but is brown. She walked onstage in a red winter jacket. At the side of his waist stuck round paper with number 17.

After reaching the end of the stage, she turned to the dressing room then replaced by another model. This time a young man with an athletic body walked quietly in a brown leather jacket. The blend of the elegance of clothes with hair and blond beard gave the impression of macho on the model. The stonemason began to chuckle in awe and whisper, “This one’s great.”

My head starts to dizzy while my heart pounding. The models are a very lovely creature of God; however, we can not continue to enjoy such scenes. When it’s late, both the Qur’anic memorization and the hadith, even our religion can be lost. Moreover, every believer is obliged to keep their views of men or women who are not mahram. This order is contained in the letter An-Nur (The Light) verse 31,

“And tell the believing women to reduce [some] of their vision and guard their private parts and not expose their adornment except that which [necessarily] appears thereof and to wrap [a portion of] their headcovers over their chests and not expose their adornment except to their husbands, their fathers, their husbands’ fathers, their sons, their husbands’ sons, their brothers, their brothers’ sons, their sisters’ sons, their women, that which their right hands possess, or those male attendants having no physical desire, or children who are not yet aware of the private aspects of women. And let them not stamp their feet to make known what they conceal of their adornment. And turn to Allah in repentance, all of you, O believers, that you might succeed.

I decided to go out and join group of bus drivers who were sipping hot coffee in the snow. Alhamdulillah some male pilgrims also come out.

After the fashion show, the pilgrims looked like hypnotized (especially the ladies). They soon scoured the second floor to hunt for the marked jackets. Mrs. Erna immediately dealt with the cashier as well as Mrs. Ros. Afraid of losing chance, Mrs. Yuyun who earlier was hesitated finally decided to add her collection.

I feel lucky to stop in the ‘factory’ that does not resemble a factory. Zyvana and her friends did not at all show the impression of offering their product. Absolutely not. They rather entertain the guests so they could feel comfortable at home. Greeted with a smile that is not excessive, the pilgrims given welcome drinks before being introduced to their collection. Zyvana seems to be avoiding the word ‘buy’ and instead focuses on the reason why the wool is used, “Because Turkish fleece is very soft and light. It feels cool in summer but can give warmth in winter. ”

Many lessons I learned here. I can not wait to go home and apply it in my own Muslim fashion business. Please drop by our FB page: Hafair Online Store or instagram account: mouras_olshop.
